Delete your JayLex account

This page explains how to permanently remove your JayLex account and all associated personal data in accordance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).

Before you proceed

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your tracked subscriptions, payment history, and custom notes will be erased immediately. If you have an active PRO subscription, please cancel it first to avoid renewal charges.

How to delete from inside your account

Sign in to your account and click on your profile icon in the sidebar or menu.

Select Security Center and scroll to the Delete Account section.

Confirm your current password and type DELETE into the confirmation field.

Cannot access your account?

If you lost access or need manual deletion assistance, email us at support@jaylex.net from the email address linked to your JayLex account. Our security team will verify ownership and process the deletion within 48 hours.
